I feel there is a real sense of wanting to empower employees and also a commitment to bring our customers the best experience possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly creative, intelligent and dedicated. They always strive for excellence while being incredibly supportive and kind. I am so thankful for them!!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy to work on interesting projects that contribute to the satisfaction of our clients, alongside colleagues who are dedicated to what they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very grateful for my PTO days, as well as holidays and service days. I feel we are given a great amount of time that aids in a healthy work/life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly approachable. I have never felt less than in my position when interacting with them. They are genuine and authentic and care deeply about the business and its people.
