In terms of benefits, people are looking into the industry they are related (eg product manager for a car show is more likely to receive a job proposal from a car company that offers better incentives)

they are very results oriented
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the bonus. but our madical service was just downgraded and the dissatisfaction is general and we are not receiving proper responses from HR
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is very diverse and open to inclusivity. however, the HR is behind in some polices, specially related to homoaffetive beneffits compared to hetero couples.
