I have been on board for a few years and love what I do. Finding a way to grow while still doing that is a challenge, but my leadership is mindful of this and tries to find new ways for me to grow.

I enjoy working her very much. I don't love when blanket decisions effect whole teams where they may not be necessary or applicable. I feel at times my leadership is not heard as we service a unique niche. Trust people to know their business.

I enjoy my time at RX a lot. I do feel there are unilateral decisions made that might not always be viable in our part of the business, but we still have to achieve them.

Its a culture where anyone can have the next best idea and everyone is happy.

We really function as a unit and everyone is willing to help everyone else reach their goals.

Being able to talk to anyone in the management structure, even though I am very much at the bottom.

Being on commission, it is up to me to make it happen and work to make goals that make sense.

My ability to help my clients find the best way to engage with our shows. Finding custom solutions, and being given the ability to try new things by my leadership.

We are all passionate about our shows, the fans, and the role we play. I love that even when you may lose a fight, the fans are the ones that win.
