I am glad to be at RX but the teams are disjointed with how they are put together. Exhibitions are about brining an event together under one roof but we rarely interact with the whole team, it doesn't seem right.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package - I am not sure.

I don't really know them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with the team and seeing each other IRL
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We pull together well but we would be much happier if we were one cohesive team and not split around the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we work much better and get on much better when we are sitting together - it is a huge shame we do not sit in show teams - we miss a lot of information.
