Ability to have conversations with every member of team and receive feedback - actively listening and keeping an open mind to new ways of thinking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Requested/negotiated higher compensation when being offered the role and was turned down. Benefits costs more each year resulting in less net pay each year. Career opportunities are limited. Skills are undervalued. While the company culture is good, skills and confidence in employees fade.
