Work with some great people but the compensation is not up to par with the cost of living in the immediate area of the HQ office. This would be a dream job, but it doesn't pay very well.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding their employees' needs for better compensation and benefits and realizing that standard of living cost have increased significantly, but salaries have not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries do not reflect the cost of living in the surrounding area of the HQ office. Costs for utilities, mortgage/rent rates, groceries etc have increased drastically the last few years and that is not reflected in annual merit increases. Salaries need to be increased all around
