There is very little support, most people are overworked, underpaid, and lied to about compensation and promotions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture should come from the bottom up, and not be forced on us from the top down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid on par with the industry and type of work that I do. This is a very large company with many employees, and many of them are paid well below appropriate benchmarks.
