What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible, they communicate, and are human about things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me and my family the flexibility that is offered is great, it really helps especially as I have children. The support one gets from across the business is superb, in no other business have I experienced so much support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So, I don't feel undervalued per se, however with rocketing inflation my remuneration just doesn't go far enough. In addition it would be encouraging to know that new staff coming into the business are not being offered more than those who are loyal.
What makes you most happy at work?
People, people, people. The level of responsibility I have and the opportunity to take on more. The subject matters I work on are interesting, the opportunity to learn, new things and gain more insights into our business and the sectors I serve. The monthly Pizza & beer and travel.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Portfolio is filled with people who are sooo supportive. From the PD, to the other PMMS the sales team and the conference manager - it feels like a proper team. If we fail we learn and improve, if we win... we celebrate. Its very rare to have such good folk in one team.
