it is a great company but improvements are needed. Pay is poor and we work a lot of hours to get our work done. The current structure does make it hard on a show level There is a great team however and people genuinely want you to do well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our pay increases each year is very insignificant especially when you compare that to the profits the company continues to make. Even if we were to get an extra day off a month if we cannot get more pay would mean a lot to people. Other similar companies pay more.
