My overall experience has been great. Genuine authentic caring or employees from SLT, regular opportunities for learning and growth. Emphasis on psychological safety is taken very seriously by everyone.

Attitude, the seem to genuinely care about the employees, the business, work-life balance and psychological safety.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is inclusive, I enjoy spending time with them, they're quick to help out if necessary.
What makes you most happy at work?
A great, competent and empathetic leadership. A team full of people who know what they know and are comfortable with ignorance. Extraordinarily clear and mostly reasonable goals. Support. Freedom.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to inflation and lower-than-inflation 'merit based pay increases' along with increased goals for the same back-end, I am effectively paid less than I was when I started at RX a year ago despite doing more work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great. There are a mix of long term employees and new team members. Everyone is inclusive and accommodating when unexpected family needs arise. Emphasis on psychological safety. Willingness to work with different personalities and adapt to different ways of working. Great people!
