I had the huge opportunity to be promoted in RX and I am very glad about that. I love my job, I love my team, I love my show BUT team shows are not treated equally as far as resources are concerned and it is an issue.

The most positive thing is inclusion and diversity. We all feel accepted the way we are
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not treated equally as far as resources are involved (in people, money). So our experience may be VERY different depending on the division you end up in.
