What does the leadership team need to get better at?

communication, clear job descriptions, more money, eliminating difficult and anproductive leadership

What are some of the best things about your team?

Different perspectives and experiences coming togheter. being friends with a lot of them

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Slim down bureaucracy, increase pace, increase salary, better communication, less incompetent leadership, be more appreciative of new ideas

What makes you most happy at work?

Being surrounded by colleagues that have a similar work ethic as me and are motivated to do the best with the current situation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am being paid way under market value. Further I have seen many times, that colleagues have been promoted without getting any or high enough of a raise.
