What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are generally open to embracing new ideas and are generally approachable.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all have each others' backs and with a determined team manager who has the right ideas, we know exactly what we're all working on and support each other with it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most people are welcoming and willing to help or to stop for a chat. We work in a lovely office with nice amenities, coffee bars, canteen etc. which makes for a nice work environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There doesn't seem to be any paths to a pay increase, it's all very intransparent, we are not able to see what the salary bracket is for our job positions and considering inflation and how expensive life is it would be nice if our salaries reflected that.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having a clear idea of what's happening and having all the information necessary to complete a task. Being able to do what's best for the business and our customers without having to fight tedious fights with people who think they know better because they have a "gut feeling".
