Financial compensation is on the lower end with little opportunity to earn significantly more. But the flexibility offered to me helps offset this alot. The people I work with are kind and friendly and seem to be happy with their jobs as well. And leadership is clearly working on improvements.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My 14 weeks parental leave is absolutely terrific. The health benefits are decent as well.

Input and ideas about moving the show forward are taken with equal weight no matter who generates them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every employee really wants to be there and as far as I can tell are treated with respect by their managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The have true vision and the optimism to get there. They know my name and seem to really care about every employee at RX.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a customer to find out their needs and selling them a booth or sponsorship that truly works for them. Then seeing a year's worth of work come together at the event.
