I think I'm being treated very unfairly for something that I did not even do so I would like to speak to HR represent I still work at Safeway I think I'm suspended but I would like to speak to somebody

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Some of the management like to gossip about employees and I don't think that's right

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is fine I just have a problem with an incident that happened at work so I don't know why I'm asking these questions

So far so good. Have had some bad days but dont we all.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bad management, bad backstage, horrible District Manager

Better managers
