Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I do what ever I'm asked to do and then some and I'm not making much more then a new hire

So far so good. Have had some bad days but dont we all.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bad management, bad backstage, horrible District Manager

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better managers
