Accountability across the board including managment not blaming soneone else for your mistakes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actual honest communication. Not getting a different answer from every manager you talk to. Give out more than a2% raise a year. That dosnt even cover the cost of living.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better raises. And actual paid holidays. You have to use your personal time to be paid for the holiday. And a store discount a free membership isnt a real perk. You work there you should be able to shop there.
