The tbc i work lacks overall guidance there is no one keeping up with the place no one hands out duties other then the obvious responsibility tires and batteries but im talking cleaning of machines bathrooms floors its a major problem in my opinion and i recently put in my 2 weeks notice

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Some pats on the back would be enough for me really acknowledge those who do with out being told
