Management say one thing, they show favortism, and they break the rules but then want threaten assoicatees about losing their jobs or the smallest mistakes.

I don't they are not consistent when it comes to being fair or training

When i see certian teamworkers they remind me to keep my head and look pass the company's foolishness.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the team members go above and beyond to help the company grow. My teamworkers make coming to worth it sometimes. Especially when management is being unfair. The only thing about it the coaches takes advantage of good workers
