Just very over worked. They need to work on making curbside better

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love working with my coworkers. We are some of the hardest works in the club. Im in curbside. Home office needs to do a lot to improve that area. Way to small and very understaff .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I made a little over 20.00 after 30 years and people coming in are 17 and 18 an hour. The paid is so unfair. I see my coworkers that has been at Sams for 12 years and moves to a different department and goes back down to 16 .
