Staff (this includes management) arent equipped to accomplish goals set. You wont be trained, and when youre not sure how to do your job you'll be scrutinized. I have reason to believe this is a company wide sentiment. If youre desperate for some decent cash, i recommend it for short term only
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting paid and the occasional good convo with a coworker. Helping members can feel nice sometimes. But generally, theres not much joy to be found.
