Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary used to be enough, but the exchange rate is impacting CR employees, I am earning about 400$ less now due to the exchange rate, and that has impacted all of us negatively
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never felt more appreciated in any other job, My boss is always available for me, supports my back and has the best attitude to teach me everything I need. I feel part of something and that's awesome
What makes you most happy at work?
