The first 2-3 years here were rough. I was extremely over-worked. I worked until midnight or 2am most days. It has gotten better the past couple of years and work/life balance has improved. I enjoy working from home and I like the unlimited PTO. I think our insurance benefits could be improved.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for almost 6 years. Most of my department has started after me. I get paid less than my peers who are at the same level as me. They have also received a bonus for the past few years that I wasn't given. I have always worked hard and been a good employee. It's unfair.
