Lack of management, lack of team communication actually letting people have a day off to spend with their families during school functions instead of having to depend on same person 24 seven and also be able to give flexible hours when asked by employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would make me feel better to see a higher paycheck insteas of being inderpaid and also for the owners to understand other people have lives and familyes to take care of as well instead of alwyss having to depend on the same employees for everything
