Working at my Subway is probably the worst experience ever. My general managers and district and regional managers don't order the proper ingredients or not enough, leaving our customers to either walk off or get a sandwich they don't like. It's unfair and I think this is the worst management here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to properly order enough for bug rushes or small families, we are always out of small or big stuff, some being sauces, or deli paper, etc. It's not a pleasant management. I think they need to be retrained and shown that we need more product in our store rather than trying to save money
