The work is very (very!) fast-paced. I personally enjoy it but it isn't for everyone. Other stores may be different though. I really enjoy the work and the people though and at the end of the day I feel proud of what I do, even if it's a small piece of a small picture.

I don't have a compensation package (I work part-time)
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to my coworkers and feeling like I'm contributing to the success of the store.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Don't know much about the high-level people, but I like my manager and everyone hates the owner
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of us are optimistic and enjoy working, even though the work can be very fast-paced and stressful
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many people are motivated to keep the store not only running but thriving (however some people are lazy slackers)
What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasn't much of a process. I applied online, got an interview, then the next day a job offer and orientation
