Since becoming Syndigo, the pace of business has been, to put it mildly, crazy. The amount of acquisitions, the timing of each and the need for integration has sacrificed quality for speed. All while deprioritizing opportunities to harden our offerings as well as be innovative. Too much, too fast
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the amount of add-on or ala carte benefits are decent for those not enrolled in the main benefit package. Lifestyle/Health related benefits like gym membership fee share would be a very nice addition.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People band together. Timelines are, at times, uncomfortably aggressive, but the people hunker down and get things accomplished. Our production may not be exactly what is expected, but that is due to time crunch a lot of times and not skill.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to genuinely care about most people. There are areas of our company that are forgotten though. These resources don't seem to be known to exist until something doesn't go "business as usual". It leaves certain folks with no professional path or vision of their future.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems for our customers. Being a representative for the company that shows that we care. When you are able to actually put forth work that solves a pain point, there is nothing better. The challenge, the execution and the result is all bundled into a sense of pride.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedication. On all the teams I work with, the dedication to quality work is evident. Even through the frustration of not being a part of the main company focus, these folks do great work and go above and beyond a 9-5 mentality. It is a testament to them that some revenue exists, not the company.
