Working on challenging projects that encourage creativity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Have had several years of very disappointing raises despite excellent reviews and 7 years of employment with my legacy company and now Syndigo. I am making about $50K less than those in comparable positions at other companies.

Syndigo has given me opportunities that I would have never received at other companies. I am forever grateful for the group I have experienced and the relationships I have made. This is home and I am really looking forward to the next few years here - we are a rocketship!
