Syndigo as a company is overall pretty good. But seems to be loosing its way out. The strategy maybe set at ELT level, but the leaders below and way to the last person in the hierarchy may not be getting the right messages. Need to give people opportunity to step up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Certainly feel undervalued. Both in terms of perk and title.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its a team of talented people. Very eager to do the best for the customer. All of them have high expectation from themselves, team & Org.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to support people who bring in new ideas. Seems everybody is busy with their own rat race so overall strategy - direction seems to be side tracked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We try to make a 1 size fits all approach. That's would not work out in many of our Enterprise engagements. Need to rethink our strategy of Product, Delivery & Support in such Big ARR accounts.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel I can be strategically providing better insights to handle the Product - Customer for certain vertical. But I have been put in to only tactical work more due to the new ORG structures and rules in place.
