Great culture of support! Really feel like I enjoy them both personally and professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though Syndigo does care about their employees but today pay is not par with the market and our benefits are good but not great. One benefit I would hugely encourage the leadership team to consider is longer paid Maternity leave. 6 weeks is less than standard.
