Overall, Syndigo has proved a great experience as an employee and I love my coworkers and also the leadership team. Truly 10/10 in most categories, However, the compensation is definitely lower than most other companies for the same position.

The most positive part aspect of Syndigos culture and environment to me is the feeling of friendship and camaraderie.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is truly a wealth of knowledge and I love managing them. They are quick to assist their other teammates, very fast learners, and always contribute in group discussions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are considerate as people, as they also are as leaders. When I had a major life event take place, my direct manager was nothing less than considerate, reassuring, and Overwhelmingly thoughful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the stress involved with management should come with higher compensation. I thoroughly love working for Syndigo and I cant imagine working elsewhere, however, I have noticed other companies are paying anywhere from $10,000 - $15,000 more for the same role. This is very concerning.
