When I began my tenure here, I was excited to work in this field and be around creatives and a part of such a large network of amazing people. As promotions were given, the department I'm in has become such that I am seeking other employment, including within the company in other departments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I respect them as masters in their field of study.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The two friends I have in my department make my days more bearable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are creative and often see the world, and our jobs, from such different perspectives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was given a lower raise than others who work less hard. I do not feel I was given a fair assessment on my review. Politics enter conversations here too much, which in turn effects working relationships in my department. People were given leadership roles who refused to speak to me for months.
