I enjoy the job itself. It panders to my interests and talents, which keeps me engaged rather than staring at the clock and waiting for the day to end.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are seem to be pragmatic and innovative, which makes me feel secure because that's what it will take for the company to keep a strong foothold in our market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay in my department just isn't all that great. It can be difficult to make ends meet with a wage that equals less than $40k a year, and we are having issues with retention because of this.
