It's a good company, provides innovative services in a nice e-commerce environment, but we have several structural problems and specially attitudes and being ignored by people we depend on that impacts A LOT our work. If we depend on someone else, we have a serious risk of not reaching our targets.

Comprehensive, patient and willing to help bringing deals on.

The part considered more satisfactory is the Salary per se.
What makes you most happy at work?
Closing deals, getting commission, bringing new ideas and project to the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We don't have a bureaucratic environment in which we need permission for everything.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being more professional, committing to solve issues/problems, bringing ideas and apply them, being responsible with their work and not pretend like we don't have problems or that those problems are not their concern because seems that is not their department.
