Love the work. We're growing but always feel understaffed. We also have to retain our best employees so our clients don't feel like they are starting over often. Syndigo embraces and supports working from home. I work harder to show my appreciation for this and to ensure it continues.

Summer hours was great. I consider being able to work from home a part of my comp package and it's the best part!

My immediate team is AMAZING. Hard working, kind, supportive, and willing to pitch in anywhere to help. This job would be very difficult without them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Partnership we have with out customers. They are more than just clients. Working with my team each day is great. Solving a difficult problem is rewarding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If this question is referring to the Executive Team, I'm afraid I know nothing about them other than their names. So I can't have an opinion about what I like best about them.
