What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly, personable, and they want to be successful

What is the best part about your compensation package?

health benefits, 401K, vacation time

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The employees are good to interact with. Culture is poor not due to employees but due to poor leadership and lack of cultural building environment

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Top leadership only looks at metrics. They don't have a clue that people drive metrics. When you challenge that fact that PEOPLE hit goals, leadership can get aggressive. We have an EXTREMELY high turnover because TOP leadership treats people like they are disposable. No work life balance.
