Syndigo is a nice company to work for. If we do some corrective actions on managing work-life balance this can become one of the best companies to work for. Late-night meetings need to be avoided both in US and India time.

I feel employees are stressed because of lack of resources and the. Employees are leaving the company and we are not able to backfill it. We have to reduce the pace at which we are going. Reduce no of features delivered in the monthly release.
