Since day one, I feel I have opportunities to grow in my career and feel the mentorship I need. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only thing I see as negative at Talkdesk is the compensation which is not aligned with the market. It was never aligned with the market since I joined more than 2 years go and currently the gap is even bigger. This applies not only to Engineering but to other departments as Talent.
