The work-life balance was great and I had 5 weeks of vacation (as I had been there for so long). I was paid pretty well too. I would love to go back.

Everyone was willing to help each other. Team spirit.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They trusted us to do our jobs. No micromanagement that I encountered.
