We are a family, our team has been thru a lot this year and we are very united due to that!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more aware of things like employees working through lunches and breaks, often managers are in way over their head and dont do meetings with emoloyees that are rquired yo be done monthly. I have had 2 all year long.
