People are overworked and underpaid. Just look at how much the annual salary of the ceo is. The company needs more female leadership. Corporate greed and unnecessary spending of medicare dollars, taking from the poor and giving to the rich.

Health care is increasingly difficult to access and the quality has declined as providers are over burdened with aging people.
