They say that it is easy to move up in the company however it is most definitely not. They will move you from one department to the next whether you are interested or jot wnd they don't pay you more once you've been switched to another department. They need to pay their good employees more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is horrible. They say they give cost of living increases, yet they don't. I am not making what i should according to their standards and they won't give me an increase.
