When I first started, in a completely different department and line of work, I had no idea that I would still be with UT Health San Antonio six years later. But I eventually found my place and my career here. It's a steady work place, but there are always new, engaging challenges to take on.

I LOVE my team! Everyone is considerate, competent and compassionate.

Brainstorming with my team and successfully completing projects through team work.

That we are driven by our missions to do good for the community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem genuinely interested in not only the growth of the university and practices, but in the growth of their employees as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a "state job" the pay may be slightly lower than at a big corporation, but the health benefits and PTO are great.
