Being productive and continuing to learn and collaborate with others.

Collaboration and encouragement among coworkers provides stimulation and excitement about our work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no room for growth. When asked to be compensated for additional duties and becoming a supervisor, was told that I would not get the opportunity again of I declined the "promotion".
