What makes you most happy at work?

completing tasks accurately, and on time and the flexibility to mentor others

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are always willing to share knowledge and pitch in to get emergency tasks completed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Being included in technical discussions, even though that is not my primary focus. It enables me to ask more relevant questions and understand how decisions affect others.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership has much improved on empowering employees by delegating responsibility and setting goals. Which allows us to be more proactive and enables quicker responses to day-to-day issues that arise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are only 2 positions in the institution with my title. Whenever market adjustments have been reviewed, I am left in the same career path with no discussion around what is the right path. It's a little frustrating, although I do appreciate the efforts in promotion.
