What makes you most happy at work?

Making my users happy. Completing tasks.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all united in the common trials and tribulations of working at UT Health SA. We have some great people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Acknowledgement for the job that is done by being paid for the job that I do. Not being forced to take banked time off would have been nice. We should not be forced to shoulder expenses of the university during lean times and then ask us to donate money for their causes.
