What are some of the best things about your team?

Kind, professional, fun, encouraging, team-oriented.

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping people better their careers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My leaders have been great to work with so far. I couldn't ask for a better team overall.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very encouraging of new ideas and want to hear everyone's voice/input. Everyone has always been more than happy to help teach/mentor others on the team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued by the team. However, UT Health's salary range for some positions are much lower than they should be. Being the type of institution that it is, I realize funds can be limited in areas. However, not being able to keep up with market rates is a problem.
