One division is superior to the other. There is no clear direction.

We may be undervalued but together we strive to preform and provide the best service possible to our community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no opportunity for growth or levels of advancement within my division unlike the other unit. There is no tier system.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The assignment I have keeps me engaged with the community I serve and from an institution view as a whole I can see the vision in the way we treat and care for our patients.
