Communication, paying attention to the smaller details and compensation.

better communication, pro active approach and better relationships with admin staff.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team works together cohesively and communicate effectively to help each other out.

What makes you most happy at work?

being able to talk to my co workers and employees along with assisting the public.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel iam underpaid for the tasks I must do for payroll, scheduling and supervising . The amount of work doesn't match the compensation and with my experience I feel that I should be earning more.
