Our team has many talents and I lean on them for their expertise. That is what makes us so strong...a diverse group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At UT, we take care of one another when needed. That can be resources or just an ear to listen. We have each other's back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are a select few who have grown within the organization and understand operations from the bottom up. This helps our executive team understand the needs of all employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
2% Merit Increases is actually a loss for our employees when inflation rose to 10% and our insurance increased out of pocket amounts increased. We have to do better than our competitors to retain quality folks.
